A Roseburg man was cited following a reported assault.

A report from Roseburg Police said an investigation revealed that 32-year old Justin McCall had argued with an employee of the Chevron station in the 300 block of West Harvard, before striking the victim’s forehead. Tuesday at about 12:15 a.m.  McCall was cited with fourth degree assault, second degree disorderly conduct and for a warrant that was out for his arrest.

McCall was released after the citation was issued.
