WOMAN JAILED AFTER ALLEGED DISORDERLY CONDUCT INCIDENT

A Roseburg woman was jailed following an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Friday.

Information from Roseburg Police said just after 1:00 p.m. 28-year old Ashley Basgall stopped traffic in the 100 block of Garden Valley Boulevard and was almost struck by a vehicle. Multiple people called in reporting the woman’s behavior. Witnesses said the woman picked up a rock and threw it at a passing semi-truck, shattered the vehicle’s front windshield.

Basgall was charged with first degree criminal mischief, and second degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal trespass. Bail was set at $72,500.
