Roseburg Police jailed a man for second degree disorderly conduct on Saturday.

An RPD report said at about 5:00 p.m. officers contacted the 36-year old man in the 200 block of Garden Valley Boulevard after receiving five calls about him during a two-hour span. Reports said the man was running in and out of traffic and throwing cups at passing cars.

Bail was set at $2,500.
