A Roseburg man was cited for harassment after a gas station incident on Wednesday.

Information from RPD said at about 10:15 p.m. the 41-year old attempted to fill up his gas can at the Chevron Station on West Harvard. The report said the employee could not accept the man’s $50 bill, as he didn’t have change. The suspect became upset and allegedly struck the employee on the head.

He was released after being cited.
