An Oakland woman was cited for hit and run by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said on December 31st a vehicle driven by the woman allegedly struck a parked vehicle in the parking lot of Walmart on Stewart Parkway. The report said witnesses indicated that the driver was seen looking at the victim’s damaged vehicle then left the lot without trying to contact anyone regarding the collision.

The woman was contacted Tuesday afternoon at 12:45 p.m. and was given the citation before being the released.
