Roseburg Police cited a man following an alleged criminal trespass incident on Monday.

A report from RPD said at about 4:00 p.m. a 34-year old man was contacted after he set up a tent approximately five feet from a “no trespassing” sign in the 1300 block of Northeast Stephens.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
