Heavy rain on Monday morning led to multiple wrecks on Interstate Five.

Reports from the Oregon State Police said just after 8:00 a.m. a south-bound vehicle broke traction on the wet roadway just north of Winchester, and collided into a semi-truck and trailer. The truck swerved and a secondary collision occurred as a result.

At about 9:20 a.m. another vehicle broke traction and collided with a northbound semi-truck and trailer in the Scotts Valley area.

No injuries were reported in either accident.
