POLICE JAIL MAN FOR DISORDERLY CONDUCT, LITTERING

Roseburg Police jailed a man on charges of second-degree disorderly conduct and offensive littering on Saturday.

Information from RPD said just before 11:30 a.m. officers responded to the intersection of Northeast Stephens and Stewart Parkway following numerous reports that a 40-year old man was acting disorderly in multiple locations around town. The report said when he was contacted there was trash scattered all around him and he was walking into traffic.

The suspect was lodged at corrections.
