Roseburg Police jailed a man following an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Friday.

An RPD report said at about 6:15 p.m. officers responded to reports that a 51-year old man was jumping into traffic and hitting vehicles in the 200 block of Garden Valley Boulevard. The report said this was causing vehicles to have to come to a complete stop.

Along with a count of second-degree disorderly conduct, the suspect was also detained for a parole violation. He was held without bail.
