A Roseburg man was jailed on drug charges and for warrants, early Friday morning.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said just before 4:00 a.m. a sedan was stopped for traffic violations in the 100 block of Our Lane in Canyonville. The report said the driver, 30-year old Johnathan Havice, and a female passenger, were both allegedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine and heroin. Havice was detained for unlawful possession of both drugs, and for three warrants. He was held without bail.

The passenger was cited on the drug charges, and then released.
