An 18-year old Roseburg woman was cited after an alleged harassment incident on Monday night.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 11:30 p.m. the suspect and a victim were reported to be in a verbal argument in the 2100 block of Watters. The suspect reportedly lunged at the victim and pulled her down to the floor by her hair. Then the suspect allegedly landed on top of the victim and punched her once to the side of the head,

A family member of the victim broke up the fight, before it escalated further.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
