A Roseburg man was charged with third-degree assault on Monday.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at about 10:15 a.m. 20-year old Kalub Snyder reportedly hit a victim in the 900 block of Northwest Troost Street, causing her to hit her face. The report said the victim sustained facial injuries as a result.

Snyder was held on $50,000 bail.
