Roseburg Police cited a man for harassment following an alleged incident in the 500 block of Southeast Stephens on Monday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 2:50 p.m. a 43-year old man became upset after a man asked him to pay his rent for the month. The suspect allegedly threw a handful of pebbles at the victim’s chest and also smashed one of his traffic cones in the parking lot.

The suspect was released after being cited.
