A Roseburg man was cited for unauthorized use of a vehicle, by Roseburg Police on Monday.

A report from the Roseburg Police said a sedan was stolen on Sunday from the Chevron station on Garden Valley Boulevard. At 8:30 a.m. Monday the vehicle was spotted in the 3700 block of Joseph Street. Officers contacted a 47-year old man who was allegedly found to be in possession of the vehicle.

The report said the owner arrived on the scene and took possession of the vehicle. The suspect was released after being cited.
