Two vehicles sustained heavy damage in a Christmas Day crash on Interstate Five.

A report from Oregon State Police said at about 11:10 a.m. the driver of a sedan lost control of their sedan while headed southbound, about two miles north of Winchester. The report said the vehicle struck the center median barrier and then was hit by a second southbound sedan. Neither driver was injured. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.

The first driver, a 33-year old Winston woman, was cited for failure to drive within a lane.
