Two men were cited for reportedly spray painting the downtown parking structure the previous weekend.

Information from Roseburg Police said Friday morning at about 9:20 a.m. the men, ages 42 and 33, were contacted in the 500 block of Southeast Rose. They were cited for second degree criminal mischief and then were released.
