A Roseburg man was cited in an alleged garden hose incident on Thursday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:30 a.m. the 68-year old reportedly sprayed a woman with his garden hose and hit her with a stick while she was walking past his residence in the 600 block of West Madrone, in the Laurelwood neighborhood.

The man was cited for harassment and then was released.
