10 more people have received new positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County, as of Sunday.

An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said for the 4th week in a row, the case numbers are going down. The county had 74 new cases this last week. The 2-week total is 174, which is under the 200 per 100,000 bench mark. That should allow Douglas County to be able to move down to a lower level of state restrictions.

The total number of cases is now at 1,363. Of those, 1,285 are people that have received positive test results and 78 are presumptive. There have been 37 deaths. 11 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 9 locally and 2 outside the area. 154 people are in isolation. 259 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network is supporting 413 people that are either in isolation or quarantine.

The next drive through testing clinic with DPHN is Tuesday in Roseburg.
