On Friday-Christmas Day, federal, state, county and city offices will be closed.

No regular mail will be delivered. Banks and credit unions will be closed as well.

City of Roseburg offices are also closed on Thursday. City government in Sutherlin and Winston is open Thursday, but will close at 3:00 p.m. City of Winston offices are open on their normal schedule on Christmas Eve.
