Roseburg Police jailed a man for reportedly using mace on Monday.

An RPD report said at 6:30 p.m. the 32-year old was allegedly arguing with two males regarding a bicycle when he reportedly sprayed them with bear mace. The suspect was held on $12,500 bail.
