A 35-year old man was taken to the hospital following a single vehicle crash Monday afternoon.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 1:00 p.m. the man was headed west on the Tiller Trail Highway near Ida Road in the Canyonville area. The report said his vehicle left the roadway and hit a ditch, ending up well off the roadway. The driver was taken to CHI Mercy Medical Center with apparent minor injuries.
