A 40-year old man was charged with second degree disorderly conduct by Roseburg Police on Saturday.

An RPD report said at 1:00 p.m. officers responded to numerous calls for the suspect’s alleged disorderly behavior. Bystanders said the man was walking around naked and urinating in the parking lot at the Duck Pond.

The suspect was also charged with a parole violation and was detained without bail.
