COVID-19 CLAIMS 6 MORE LIVES, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 1,347 AS OF MONDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 6 more lives, raising the state death toll to 1,347 as of Monday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 846 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 103,755. The new cases include:

*212 in Multnomah County

*114 in Clackamas County

*108 in Washington County

*69 in Marion County

*41 in Jackson County

*39 in Deschutes County

*32 in Josephine County

*29 in Linn County

*27 in Douglas County

*26 each in Lane and Jefferson counties

*23 in Umatilla County

*18 in Yamhill County

*11 each in Columbia and Wasco counties

*10 each in Hood River and Polk counties

*7 in Benton County

*5 in Coos County

*4 each in Crook, Lincoln, Malheur and Tillamook counties

*3 each in Clatsop, Curry and Harney counties

*1 each in Baker, Morrow and Union counties

The new deaths ranged in age from 58 to 96. 2 lived in Jackson County. 1 each lived in Douglas, Deschutes, Lane and Hood River counties.

The number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 528, which is 2 fewer than Sunday. There are 121 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is unchanged from Sunday.
