In the KQEN Cultural Spotlight:

Umpqua Actors Community Theatre has nightly holiday readings taking place on its Facebook page through Tuesday.

Executive Director Melody Schwagel said actor Bob Moreland will read A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens. One stave will be read each night at 7:00 p.m.

Schwagel suggests that people get a copy of the book and follow along with the story each evening.

Supporters of UACT are asked to consider making an end of the year tax deductible donation to the community theatre.
