A Roseburg man was cited after a two-vehicle wreck on Thursday.
A report from Roseburg Police said at about 9:30 a.m. the 25-year old man was headed north on Stephens as another driver was going east on Oak. According to witness statements, the first driver ran a red light and collided with the second vehicle.
The first driver displayed signs of impairment and was ultimately charged with DUII controlled substance and reckless endangering. He was cited for driving while suspended as well and then was released.
No one was injured. Both vehicles appeared to be totaled and had to be towed from the scene.
