Two people were cited for unlawful possession and delivery of methamphetamine by Roseburg Police on Tuesday night.

An RPD report said at about 10:50 p.m. an officer stopped a vehicle in the parking lot of Fred Meyer on Garden Valley Boulevard because they had probable cause to arrest the driver on a previous theft case.

During an investigation, the officer allegedly discovered about a half ounce of meth and drug dealing paraphernalia. The passenger also reportedly had just over three and a half ounces of meth and some psilocybin mushrooms along with drug dealing paraphernalia.

38-year old William Aloia was also cited for first degree theft, and ten counts each of fraudulent use of a credit card and computer crime. 23-year old Giana Sanchez was also cited for unlawful possession of a schedule one controlled substance.

Both were released after the citations were issued.
