A Winston man is in critical condition after being struck by two vehicles on Thursday evening.
A Roseburg Police report said at 5:50 p.m. 18-year old Kameron Tracy was struck as he was trying to cross Northwest Edenbower in front of Applebee’s. The report said the man was wearing dark clothing and was crossing in a poorly lit area. Tracy was struck the first time in the southbound lane and knocked into the far side of the center lane. The man was on the ground when he was struck by the second vehicle, which was traveling northbound.
The report said the man was dragged a short distance under the second vehicle and needed to be extricated by Roseburg Fire Department personnel. Neither driver was suspected of being impaired.
Tracy was taken to Mercy Medical Center before being flown to Sacred Heart Medical at Riverbend in Springfield. Sergeant Jeff Eichenbusch said the man is in the Intensive Care Unit at last check.
