Roseburg Police cited a man in an alleged harassment incident on Monday.

Information from RPD said just after 3:30 p.m. the 37-year old reportedly ran into a victim in the 3000 block of West Harvard, knocking her into a recliner chair. The man allegedly refused to let her up for several minutes and held her down by his forearm.

He was detained on $2,500 bail.
