Roseburg Police cited a man for second degree criminal trespass and third-degree theft in separate incidents on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 8:45 a.m. multiple employees of Garden Valley Shopping Center, as well as the facility manager, reportedly told the man to leave the property but he refused. The man was also allegedly in the Dollar Tree with his pants down.

Just after 11:15 a.m. the suspect was contacted after he was found sleeping on the bathroom floor inside of Fred Meyer on Garden Valley Boulevard. The man also reportedly had stolen merchandise from the store in his possession

The suspect was released after being given each citation.
