An Elkton School District employee at Elkton Charter School has tested positive for COVID-19.

A release issued Monday said the district is working closely with the Douglas Public Health Network to “…respond to this news and protect the health of our community”.

The district has cancelled all limited in-person instruction until further notice. The release said staff will be coordinating with DPHN to determine what further actions need to be taken.
