Roseburg Police charged a man with felony strangulation and harassment, following an alleged incident early Sunday.

An RPD report said at 12:25 a.m. a victim said there was a disturbance in the 1800 block of Dogwood. 33-year old Bradley Hamm reportedly was intoxicated and attacked a woman after a long argument. Hamm allegedly flipped the victim out of a chair, pinned her to the ground and grabbed her throat, causing her to gasp for air.

Hamm was held on $52,500 bail.
