A Roseburg woman was cited for harassment following an incident on Tuesday.

Information from Roseburg Police said the incident happened just after 9:30 a.m. in the 300 block of West Harvard. The report said it was determined that the 22-year old suspect allegedly pulled the victim to the ground by her hair and hit her in the head multiple times. The victim sustained minor injuries and refused any medical treatment. The suspect was contacted later, given the citation, and then was released.
