A Roseburg man was cited for an alleged burglary on Tuesday afternoon.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 2:30 p.m. 48-year Michael Louche reportedly entered a building under construction in the 100 block of Pomona and stole two garage doors. He was identified by officers as the suspect from surveillance video.

The report said the suspect was contacted and arrested. The property was recovered and returned to the victims. Louche was charged with two counts of first- degree theft and for second degree burglary.

Louche was released after being cited.
