MAN JAILED AFTER TREPASS INCIDENT

A Roseburg man was jailed after being cited for second degree criminal trespass on Saturday.

A report from Roseburg Police said the 37-year old had been evaluated and discharged from Mercy Medical Center earlier in the day. At that time, he was reportedly rude to the staff and was escorted off the property. The suspect returned at about 3:45 p.m. and refused to leave at the request of security and officers.

He was taken into custody. Bail was set at $1,250.
