Roseburg Police cited a man following an alleged graffiti incident on Sunday night.

An RPD report said 33-year old Travis Couch reportedly spray painted several areas on a retaining wall belonging to a business in the 1100 block of Northeast Stephens. He also allegedly signed his name on the graffiti with a sharpie.

Couch was cited at about 7:45 p.m. for second degree criminal mischief, for unlawful application of graffiti and for unlawful possession of a graffiti implement. He was released after the citation was issued.
