33 NEW POSITIVE TEST RESULTS FOR COVID-19, 1 NEW PRESUMPTIVE CASE, AS OF MONDAY

33 more people have received new positive test results for COVID-19 in Douglas County and 1 presumptive case has been moved to positive with new positive test results, as of Monday.

An update from the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team said the total number of cases is now at 963. Of those, 895 are people that have received positive test results and 68 are presumptive. There have been 19 deaths. 16 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are hospitalized, 15 locally and 1 outside the area. 193 people are in isolation. 423 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network are supporting 616 people that are in either isolation or quarantine. There have been 18,584 negative test results for COVID-19 in the county, as reported Monday. The update said the Oregon Health Authority has changed how they are tracking and reporting negative test results. An updated number of negative test results is expected on Tuesday.

The next drive through testing clinic for the Douglas Public Health Network will be Tuesday in Roseburg.
