A Roseburg woman was cited after an incident at Mercy Medical Center on Wednesday.

A report from Roseburg Police said at about 2:00 a.m. the 25-year old was at the hospital due to a high level of intoxication. She reportedly became agitated with staff members and threw her cell phone at a security staff member, striking them.

She was cited for harassment and was released.
