A Roseburg man was jailed after an alleged harassment incident on Tuesday.

Information from Roseburg Police said an investigation of a disturbance between 34-year old Shaun Kenan and a victim revealed that the suspect had broken dishes while, yelling, shoving and spitting at the victim.

Kenan was charged with menacing, reckless endangering and for harassment. Bail was set at $15,000.
