COUNTY COVID-19 UPDATE 11.27.20

The Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team reports the lowest number of new positive and presumptive cases in several days.

The response team says there are 6 new positive test, and one new presumptive case as of Friday afternoon.

Douglas County’s latest case total, including positive and presumptive cases, is now 914.

There are currently 15 Douglas County COVID-19 patients that are being hospitalized locally.

Currently the Douglas Public Health Network is supporting 223 cases in isolation, as well as another 347 contacts in quarantine, for a total of 570 community members receiving support from the network.

There have been no new deaths reported for the last 4 consecutive days, meaning the county death toll remains at 17.

As of Friday, there have been 18,544 negative COVID-19 tests recorded in the county.
