DOUGLAS COUNTY COVID-19 UPDATE FOR THURSDAY 11.26.20

DOUGLAS COUNTY – The Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team says there are 20 new positive test results as of Thursday.

Douglas County’s latest case total, including positive and presumptive cases, is now 907.

There are currently 13 Douglas County COVID-19 patients that are being hospitalized locally. Officials say the hospitalizations are going down as individuals are recovering enough to go home or to care facilities.

Currently the Douglas Public Health Network is supporting 234 cases in isolation, as well as another 453 contacts in quarantine, for a total of 687 community members receiving support from the network.

With no new deaths reported, the Douglas County death toll remains at 17.

As of Thursday, there have been 18,540 negative COVID-19 tests recorded in the county.

The next drive-through testing clinic will be Friday, in Roseburg.
