ROSEBURG PUBLIC LIBRARY HOSTING MAD SCIENCE SHOW FOR CHILDREN

11/25/20 11:15 a.m.

The Roseburg Public Library will host a holiday-themed science program for children on Tuesday, December 1st, at 4:00 p.m.

Mad Science, a Portland and Vancouver based presentation company, will share a winter holiday show with science “straight from the North Pole.”

Children will learn how science can help Santa down the chimney, how simple powders can burst into holiday colors, and defrost a “chemical snowman.”

The program is accessible only during the live Zoom performance, and registration is required.

Go to the Library’s Facebook Event page, and click the registration link to reserve your spot.

After registering, individuals will receive a confirmation email containing instructions on how to join the program.

For more information about the program, please contact Youth Services Librarian, Aurora Oberg, at 492-7054.
