DOUGLAS COUNTY – All Adapt, Compass Behavioral Health, and SouthRiver Community Health Center outpatient clinics and facilities will be closed Thursday Nov 26th and Friday Nov 27th in observance of Thanksgiving.
Normal business hours for all locations will resume on Monday, Nov 30th.
Adapt’s Opioid Treatment Programs in Roseburg and North Bend will be closed on Thursday and Friday, and open again on Saturday, Nov 28th.
Officials say if you or someone you know is experiencing a behavioral health crisis during this closure, you can utilize after-hours care by calling the 24-hour Crisis Line at (800) 866-9780.
