HIGHEST DAILY COUNTY COUNTY CASE COUNT FOR COVID-19 REPORTED SATURDAY

On Saturday, the Douglas County COVID-19 Response Team reported the highest daily number of COVID-19 cases since the pandemic began.

38 more people have received positive test results for COVID-19.

The total number of cases is now at 795. Of those, 729 are people that have received positive test results and 66 are presumptive. There have been 15 deaths. 15 Douglas County COVID-19 patients are being hospitalized, 14 locally and 1 out of the area. 243 people are currently in isolation. 474 people are in quarantine. That means the staff with the Douglas Public Health Network are supporting 717 people that are in either isolation or quarantine. There have been 18,167 negative test results for COVID-19 in the county.

The next drive through testing clinic with DPHN will be Tuesday in Roseburg.
