A wreck near Interstate Five resulted in a pickup breaking in half on Wednesday afternoon.

A report from Oregon State Police said at 3:30 p.m. a northbound driver lost control while negotiating the curve on the freeway onramp at the Elkton and Drain interchange. The vehicle slid slideways striking a second vehicle. The first vehicle split into half behind the cab.

No one was hurt. Both vehicles were towed from the scene.
