Two people were cited  on Wednesday regarding a camping structure being erected in the alcove of a business in the 1700 block of West Harvard in Roseburg.

A report from Roseburg Police said just before 8:30 a.m. officers found two shopping carts with a large tarp draped between. Both people, a 33-year old man and a 33-year old woman, were cited for second degree criminal trespass. The woman was also cited for a warrant.

They were released after the citations were issued.
