A juvenile was cited after a hand sanitizer incident on Monday night.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 9:40 p.m. the 14-year old male reportedly broke property at the Fowler House on Southeast Fowler Street. He also allegedly sprayed another juvenile with the hand sanitizer. Charges included harassment and third-degree criminal mischief.

The teen was released after being cited.
