The Douglas County Tax Collection Office is reminding residents that their 2020/2021 property taxes are due on Monday.

To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19, the office is closed to the public through November 27th. Staff can provide assistance with customers via phone or e-mail from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Checks can be mailed in but they must be postmarked for Monday. Payment can also be taken to the tax collection boxes that are in front of the courthouse, and in the hallway outside the office. Payments can be made online at: https://www.co.douglas.or.us/finance/taxpayments.asp. Online fees are being waived this year due to COVID-19.
