COVID-19 claims 6 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 759, as of Saturday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 1,097 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19 raising the state case total to 56,018. The new cases include:

*191 in Washington County

*146 in Multnomah County

*144 in Clackamas County

*109 in Jackson County

*77 in Lane County

*59 in Marion County

*39 in Umatilla County

*37 in Yamhill County

*34 in Linn County

*23 in Douglas County

*20 in Klamath County

*19 in Malheur County

*17 each in Benton and Wasco counties

*15 in Polk County

*14 in Coos County

*11 each in Baker, Columbia and Jefferson counties

*10 in Lincoln County

*9 in Josephine County

*8 in Crook County

*3 in Hood River County

*5 each in Clatsop and Union counties

*2 each in Harney and Lake counties

*1 in Grant County

The new deaths ranged in age from 69 to 96. 4 lived in Multnomah County. 1 each lived in Lane and Marion counties.
