A Roseburg woman was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle wreck on Thursday afternoon.

A report from Roseburg Police said just after 2:15 p.m. a 29-year old Days Creek woman was merging from the turn lane in front of Fast Stop Market on Diamond Lake Boulevard, into the fast lane headed west. A 32-year old woman was already driving in the that lane

The report said the first driver didn’t see the second vehicle, and drove into it, causing damage to both cars. The second driver was taken to Mercy Medical Center with possible injuries to her head and neck.

The driver that caused the accident was cited for failure of a merging driver to yield.
