No one was hurt when a vehicle hit a dump truck on Wednesday.

Information from Roseburg Police said at about 9:50 a.m. a 23-year old woman was pulling out of a parking lot in the 400 block of Northeast Casper when her sedan hit the city owned vehicle. Both vehicles were driven from the scene.

The report said the motorist was cited for failing to yield the right of way, for driving uninsured and driving while suspended.
